Really great complex. You pay a bit above average, but it's worth it. I've lived in 3 complexes off Cranbrook Rd and this was definetely my favorite. If you happen to be looking to move here by February 7th, 2013, I'd be willing to pay $500 cash and your $175 security deposit because I've just purchased a home and need to exit my lea
Had some maintenance issues when we moved in. Put in a list of requests and had them in to keep fixing things and kept having them come back a bunch of times. Places seem poorly put-together but ... Liked: Aesthetically-pleasing pool, Well-kept grounds, Good maintenence staff, Helpful and friendly office staff, Fairly peaceful Dislik
The staff has always been very helpful when ever I encounter an issue. Nice pool and decent exercise room. My only complaint is the fact that the apartments are very poorly repainted ...
