GREAT PROPERTY

VERY QUIET, FRIENDLY COMMMUNITY. GREAT POOL, OFFICE STAFF, MAINTENENCE STAFF,PLENTY OF PARKING, HUGE DOG PARK, ETC...THE UNITS ALSO COME WITH WASHER AND DRYERS!!!! I HAD MY DRYER BREAK DOWN TWO TIMES AND MY A/C WENT OUT ONCE. ALL THREE TIMES, THE MAINTENENCE STAFF WAS OUT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THE SAM

Not until I moved in did I find out that I could keep nothing on the balcony... NOTHING! You cannot have your Directv dish protruding at all from your balcony. You will be signed up with Green Mountain energy regardless of whom you sign up with. The office staff seems to contradict themselves with every call you make. I'm not try
