I absolutely loved the Village Lake Apartments! I would still be there if my job hadn't taken me out of state. It is clean, quiet, and extremely safe! The neighbors were particularly friendly. The apartment was very roomy. I especially liked the washer and dryer and the walk-in pantry!
I lived here for about one year and it was great. a card is required for access into the building. it's clean, spacious, and it has a full size washer and dryer included in the apartment. the bay windows add a gorgeous view. If i didn't have to relocate I would have stayed.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN ST CHARLES APARTMENTS FOR 7 YEARS, AND THEY REALLY SUCK BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS OVER CHARGING FOR RENT, AND THEIR ACCOUNTANTS ARE ALWAYS MESSING UP ACCOUNTS. THEY DON'T TELL YOU ANYTHING AND TRY TO EVICT YOU WITHOUT GIVING U NOTICE THAT U HAVE TO GO TO COURT. FOR THE COST OF THE RENT THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH IT.
As you search for your perfect apartment, please keep in mind that rental rates (including specials and discounts)
and availability are very fluid in the apartment industry. Based on many factors, the rental rates (including specials and discounts)
and availability can actually change not just daily, but hourly, if not even more quickly. While our advertisers do take steps to keep their information current, the rental rates or availability you may find here now at ForRent.com may not be the same as when you contact the communities.
