Smelly, noisy, and dirty

Definitely not the nicest apts. but the office staff is very friendly. The maintenance is quick to respond when there's an issue, but don't always do the best job. Can hear every little noise and dogs barking all night long. Have had mold issues on window sills and in showers, and and smells from other apts. coming through the ve
