If the gas wasn't outrageous, and ...

If the gas wasn't outrageous, and they would quit raising my rent ($200 in 1.5yrs)I would've stayed. Its decent. Only once had a rodent issue, but its in the woods- what do you expect? Pool is a great perk. Dont let them full you with the gas average they quote. I had a townhome, just me, and Im never home (travel alot)...plan on $35
