Staff is great

Staff is great but I dont like the 2 bedroom way to small the model is not liveable.the kitchen takes up most of the space and you cant add any furniture.kitchen way to big,moving next year.

I just moved to Northern greens ...

I just moved to Northern greens at the end of June. When I was in the process of moving in Mark taylor started managing the property. Anytime I need maintainence to come up they do a good job of getting her within a reasonable time. The last person was right I hardly see the security man around and the back gate is locked. Nothing better

Renter reviews consider Northern Greens Apartments to be comfortable, spacious, and reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and safety concerns are taken care of with patrol bikes riding around the complex at night. This place has changed!

I used to live at Northern Greens a few years back... It was a horrible experience and I thought I'd never come back until a friend of mine told me what the new mgmt had done to the community and how they evicted all the thugs, drug dealers and trash that was living there. Everything looks GREAT! Everything in my apartment is NEW

an okay complex

Northern Greens is in a good location, close to freeways and retail. Rent was reasonable, and they were quick with maintenance/repairs. If they had washers and dryers in each apartment, I probably wouldn't have moved. A little creepy at night--my friend's car was vandalized twice.

This is an ok apartment complex...the parking lot could be a little more lit...don't feel very comfortable walking through there at night. And the laundry room was always in use...they could have had another facility or two available.
