Great value and location

This apartment complex is probably the best value in the La Jolla area. The rent is on the low end, the complex is well-maintained, and there's unlimited parking (none of that 1 spot per bedroom nonsense that usually is the case). It can get a little noisy if your specific unit faces the street, but its not a big deal.

This is a great apartment complex that is on the rise. There is lots of covered parking for everyone, the rent is reasonable, maintenance keeps the place clean, there is a pool and small fitness facility, and the staff are super nice. You pay a good price for what you get-- parking is unassigned but there is plenty so that you and your guests can always find a spot.
